(hide this warning on this page)The Histology Core provides general histology services including tissue processing, embedding, sectioning and routine staining for paraffin and frozen sections. The core also provides specialized sectioning using a vibrotome for gelatin embedded tissue samples, specialized histological stains and specialized immunohistochemistry stains upon request. The Histology Core also provides access to training for specialized equipement including the cryostat, light microscope, and image analysis.
